All items are delivered free of charge within Australia.

Processing Cut-Off Date:

• Orders placed before 4:00 pm on business days will be processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 4:00 pm will commence processing on the next business day.

• Public holiday orders will be processed on the following business day.

Orders are generally processed within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered the dispatch process.

• This timeframe allows requests to be handled efficiently before logistics arrangements commence.

• Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours, or for orders that have already been shipped, cannot be processed. Once dispatch preparation begins, the order is considered in transit and is no longer eligible for cancellation.

• If cancellation is no longer possible, customers may apply for a return or refund after receiving the item in accordance with the applicable return conditions.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• We provide a return service to ensure a clear and reliable after-sales process. Exchange services are not offered.

• Furniture items are prepared, stored, and dispatched through a coordinated logistics system, and item substitution would increase handling complexity and extend resolution times.

• To maintain accuracy and reasonable turnaround periods, any request for a different product is handled through a return and refund, followed by placement of a new order if required.

• If a product is received damaged, faulty, or incorrect, a full or partial refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.

• Standard returns must be lodged within 20 days of receipt and comply with all return conditions to qualify for a refund.
