Order Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Timeframe
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered the dispatch process.
- This timeframe allows requests to be handled efficiently before logistics arrangements commence.
2. Cancellation Requests After 24 Hours
- Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours, or for orders that have already been shipped, cannot be processed. Once dispatch preparation begins, the order is considered in transit and is no longer eligible for cancellation.
- If cancellation is no longer possible, customers may apply for a return or refund after receiving the item in accordance with the applicable return conditions.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation within the permitted period, please contact us promptly via email. Include your order number and a brief reason for cancellation so we can locate and assess your order quickly.
4. Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders
Orders cancelled within 24 hours and approved for cancellation will receive a full refund via the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 1–4 business days after confirmation, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
